The Employee Community Foundation (TECF) of Washington state believes in creating lasting change that’s close to home.
We serve the unique needs of our neighbors by supporting nonprofits that provide food, shelter, health care, and other essential services in Washington State. Powered by the generosity of staff, physicians, and community members, our foundation strives to make a visible difference. Every donation goes directly toward programs that uplift people where we live and work.
Fund your local project
We seek out projects in Washington state that address real needs in our neighborhoods. Our grants support organizations that tackle housing insecurity, provide youth mentorship, expand access to health care, and offer emergency food and shelter.
